How billing works
Your bill has two parts: the license subscription, billed monthly or yearly, and usage, paid from a balance you top up.
One license per user: $20 / month, or $15 / month billed yearly.
Add funds after a quick identity verification. Phone numbers are paid from this balance.
Each service is a separate line item. Nothing is bundled into the license.
One user’s access to the platform: call flows, call routing, calling, contacts, team roles, call history and analytics. Phone numbers and usage are not included; they are separate line items.
The Starter license (monthly or yearly) and your phone numbers, which are paid monthly from your balance. Rates marked “Proposed” are not charged yet.
The service works, but we don’t charge for it yet. The proposed rate shows what it will likely cost. Rates may change before billing starts, and we will announce them first.
Number rental and call rates depend on the country and on whether the other side is a landline or a mobile. Recording and transcription cost the same everywhere. All prices are in USD.
It is coming soon. The proposed rate is $0.15 per agent minute, charged on top of the call minutes, so nothing is billed twice.
Per message segment. A long message is split into several segments, and carrier fees can change the cost. SMS is not available yet.
Monthly is $20 per license, billed every month. Yearly is $15 per license per month, billed once a year, which saves 25%.
